Personal Training allows you to go much deeper into the Pilates work through my undivided attention focused all on you! Whether you want to accelerate your own Pilates journey, recover from an injury or focus on specific muscle groups - personal training is tailored for YOU. I am here to teach, motivate and inspire you!

 

The Reformer

Quite possibly the most well known and popular piece of Pilates equipment. The Reformer allows you to go deeper into your Pilates practise with the added use of springs & straps, creating various amounts of resistance. It can also offer more support to exercises that may be more advanced when performed on the mat. Although it looks a little daunting, the Reformer allows for a super fun workout!

 

The Wunda Chair

This small but mighty piece of equipment will spice up your Pilates workout and challenge you with inversions, balancing and strength exercises you could never quite imagine. Not only does it challenge you more physically and mentally, it makes your Pilates workout just that much more interesting - and fun of course!

 

The Mat

This is where Pilates begins. The foundation work. It is just as relevant to the work as the exercises on the equipment, if not more important, because it is just you supporting your own body on the mat. There is no Pilates without the mat. The opportunity to continue to work deeper and feel the challenge is always there!

Prices:

Intro offer: 50€ for the first 50 minute session

Regular 50 minute session rate: 80€

Duo Personal Training: 120€ (Total price for one session shared between 2 people)
